The core of the structure is made with the TR technology system, TTR beams and PTR columns in steel with external addition of concrete walls and partitions.
The PTR columns , thanks to their particular structure, are able to reduce the overall dimensions compared to traditional reinforced concrete by up to half, allowing the recovery of floor space and more refined architectural solutions.
